Position Details:
• Role: IT Project Manager
• Location: Lisle, IL (Onsite)
• Employment Type: W2 Only
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple simultaneous large-scale IT projects from initiation through closure
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts
• Drive Agile and SDLC best practices across project delivery
• Present updates and status reports to executive leadership
• Support modernization initiatives and organizational change management
Required Experience:
• 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong experience managing large-scale complex IT implementations
• Expertise with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
• Strong project budgeting and financial management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills:
• PMP or PgMP Certification
• Agile Certifications (CSM, CSP, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Experience in Manufacturing, Truck OEM, Heavy Equipment, or Electric Vehicle industries
• Knowledge of MES, ERP, OTA solutions, Telematics, PKI, Cloud (Azure/AWS), APIs, and Integrations
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
