Java Developer with Finance / Banking domain (In-Person Interview is must)

Position Description

The candidate should have 10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Financial Services or Wealth Management organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player committed to delivering on time and should be able to work with minimal supervision.

1. Good understanding of one core programming languages (Java or Python)
2. RDBMS (Well versed with SQL, DB fundamentals like tables, triggers, , stored Procs etc.)
3. Comfortable with working in Linux env
4. Comfortable with using AI coding agents (Github Copilot etc.)
5. JSON, XML Schemas
6. Good understanding of SDLC methodologies
7. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group
8. Keen attention to detail
9. Strong communication skills
10. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
11. Candidate will be required to work geographically dispersed teams.

1. Knowledge of open-source frameworks: Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate.
2. REST APIs, Microservices
3. Knowledge of MongoDB
4. Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python)
5. Any of Autosys, Cron Job, Airflow concepts
6. Messaging technologies Kafka or IBM MQ
