Job Description:

• This is a hands-on role with solid understanding of Salesforce platform, its best practices, and architecture. The essential job requirements include planning, analyzing business requirements, design, develop scalable and reusable software and maintenance of existing systems
• Develop and Configure Salesforce components: Lightening web components, Apex, Apex triggers, Apex web services, Apex flows, Apex APIs, app exchange and deployments
• Fully understand, support, maintain user roles, profiles, sharing access and security best practices.
• Develop and manage custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Lightning Platform.
• Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used for Salesforce platfor
• Coordinate closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with customers to develop Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
• Coordinates and/or tests and diagnoses systems to ensure critical requirements are met, to include but not limited to system interfaces.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes technical problems associated with Salesforce applications.
• Must ensure solutions develop meet digital Accessibility requirements.
• Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• 5 Experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and Web), Javascript.
• 5 Experience of working in a Lightning Environment
• 5 Experience of working with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• 5 Must be proficient with Salesforce Security features.
• 5 Must have experience working with Service Cloud
• 4 Experience working with Salesforce API s and general connectivity/integration best practices
• 3 Experience of working in an agile environment
• 1 Must be proficient with Visual Studio Code, Javascript and Lightning Web Components.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Platform Developer II, Agentforce
