job summary:
Collaborate with technology teams to onboard new email programs and content to the email platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), acting as the "voice of the business"
Lead and/or support cross-organizational projects as a subject matter expert for email channel, including but not limited to: template specifications, technical design, channel best practice, executional process and principles, data feed analysis, and platform capabilities

responsibilities:
- Strong project management, time management, and organization skills with a proven ability to successfully plan, manage and (re)prioritize multiple complex projects, programs and campaigns simultaneously and foresee/mitigate potential risks
- Process and detail-oriented thinker who provides clear direction and maintains clear communication with others about the work and results
- Adept at building relationships across all management levels in a highly matrixed environment, leading and collaborating on cross-functional teams, and influencing direction where there isn't explicit authority. Act as primary liaison between internal business and tech teams to resolve various project and technology challenges.
- Able to lead by demonstrating and establishing clarity, effectively communicating, and reinforcing the value of collaboration in enhancing team's performance
- Ability to think strategically and assess strategy and requirements while implementing tactically on multiple major initiatives simultaneously.
- Provide guidance and lead training to enable other team members to meet/exceed expectations. May be responsible for managing a small team of individual contributors; may have input to or be responsible for performance management activities
- Excellent analytical, creative, and oral/written communication/presentation skills
- Excellent judgment and problem solving
- Demonstrated ability to self-learn and self-direct
qualifications:
Plan and execute email campaigns from campaign strategy and requirements through deployment - scheduled campaigns, automated triggers, Journey Builder and automated multi-touch campaigns
Build and edit email code and logic using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Content Builder and AMPscripting tools
