Description:
We are a busy IT Consulting company seeking an exceptional IT Recruiter to become the next member of our team. As our organization highly values each member of the team, sharing this mentality is a must. Our core specialty is mid to high-level technology Project Leadership oriented roles. Having direct interface with candidates and clients, superior customer service skills are essential. The ideal candidate must have a superior skill set identifying quality candidates, be motivated by the hunt, and bring a sense of focus, discipline, creativity, vision, and commitment to leadership and accountability. Should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and a polished, professional demeanor.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Recruiting highly qualified technical candidates to fill our open requirements. Creative, outside the box thinking is encouraged.
  • Actively engage directly with client hiring managers to identify and define IT Project needs and solicit feedback on candidates daily.
  • Develop a wholistic recruitment strategy for each opportunity presented.
    • Recruiting campaign planning and execution
    • Crafting job descriptions as needed to attract proper candidate pool
    • Determine appropriate job posting tactics
    • Querying job board databases
    • Referral marketing
    • Other related tasks as applicable
  • Conduct internal screening interviews as well as facilitating candidate interviews with clients.
  • Negotiation of hourly rates and salaries.
  • Own the relationship with the candidate ensuring a positive journey through entire recruitment life cycle, including interview experience and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a network of technical contacts while generating candidates for client pipeline.
  • Developing strong relationships with your candidate pool of resources is a must.
  • Experience working in MSP or VMO environments is a plus.
  • Strong soft skills, eagerness to research and learn.
  • Should be highly motivated and enjoy being rewarded for a job well done.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience of full lifecycle recruiting for various levels of engagements. Includes client and candidate interface, candidate sourcing, identification, interview and evaluation techniques.
  • While performing on individual basis, you must also be able to function well as a team unit throughout the entire enterprise.
  • Experience recruiting active and passive candidates and building a pipeline network.
  • Understanding of social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and highly organized.
  • Focused, yet flexible.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract top talent and fill positions with quality candidates.
  • Ability to work within aggressive time frames and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop successful working relationships with all levels of an organization.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Internet-based applications and systems.
  • Eager to utilize and employ new technologies in daily approach.
