Summary

Join our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients' success. You'll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

Work you'll do

The Academic Partnership Program Coordinator & Analyst supports two lines of effort (LOE) within the Applied Research and Information Sharing (ARIS) Branch at the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DM).

The first LOE supports the ARIS Research and Academic Partnership Program through administrative and program coordination assistance. This role maintains multiple research project timelines while supporting internal and external documentation and collaboration with students, faculty, and partner organizations.

The second LOE focuses on producing Disaster Management Reference Country Handbooks for select Asia-Pacific countries. These handbooks provide operationally relevant overviews of national disaster management capabilities and vulnerabilities, contributing to a broader disaster management knowledge base and supporting improved response coordination through best practices and lessons learned.

This is an on-site position located on Ford Island, Oahu, Hawaii, with a standard Monday-Friday schedule (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week). This is not a teleworking position. Travel is required (CONUS and OCONUS) up to 10%, supporting research symposiums, workshops, trainings, exercises, and other whole-of-Center activities.

The position also produces statistical research reports and studies using DMHA data, applying structured research methodologies to generate practical, decision-relevant findings for civil-military audiences.

The team

Our Industry Solutions clients seek verticalized solutions that transform how they sell products, deliver services, generate growth, and fulfill mission-critical operations. The Industry Solutions offering delivers integrated business expertise with repeatable scaled technology solutions that are specifically engineered for each sector's IndustryAdvantageTM.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250.
