We are actively hiring a skilled Oracle Record-to-Report (RTR) Fusion Functional Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation program (2+ years). This is a high-priority RTR workstream with strong visibility and long-term potential.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Lead RTR functional workshops (GL, SLA, FA, CM, Intercompany, Close)
✔️ Design future-state R2R solutions aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices
✔️ Configure modules: GL, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, SLA
✔️ Support COA design, financial calendar & ledger setup
✔️ Validate integrations across P2P, OTC, PPM, FAH & EPM systems
✔️ Drive SIT/UAT, regression testing & financial close simulations
✔️ Ensure accounting accuracy across subledgers & GL
✔️ Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover & hypercare
🎯 Required Qualifications:
✅ 10–15+ years ERP experience (7+ years Oracle Fusion Financials – RTR focus)
✅ Strong expertise in GL, SLA, FA, CM, Intercompany & Financial Close
✅ Experience with FAH (Fusion Accounting Hub)
✅ Hands-on with OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, reporting tools
✅ Experience in multi-ledger, multi-currency environments
✅ Strong stakeholder communication & leadership skills
🏅 Oracle Cloud Financials Certification (Preferred)
