  • Support the transition from project-based execution to repeatable product structures (CTO, modular design, and standard work)
  • Drive product definition including configurations, options, BOM structures, and documentation required for scalable execution
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams to improve product manufacturability, execution consistency, and field performance
  • Support strategic sales opportunities through customer engagement, solution development, technical presentations, and product positioning
  • Participate in key customer interactions, helping shape solutions for strategic opportunities and supporting executive-level customer discussions as needed
  • Support product launches including marketing data, sales team alignment, pricing, collateral, and internal training
  • Manage product performance including revenue, margin, win/loss trends, market adoption, and actions required to improve business results
  • Conduct competitive, market, and technology analysis to identify portfolio gaps, growth opportunities, and positioning strategies
  • Identify and evaluate new medium voltage product opportunities, technologies, and partnerships that support Kratos' long-term growth strategy
  • Contribute to long-term product strategy, including platform development and portfolio rationalization
  • Support S&OP and forecasting activities to align demand, supply, and product strategy
