Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Engineer with strong expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable ML/GenAI systems, developing document AI pipelines, implementing vector search solutions, and deploying production-ready applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.

The candidate should possess deep technical expertise across the end-to-end ML lifecycle including model training, evaluation, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM-based application development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python.
• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications.
• Build document AI pipelines including OCR, extraction, parsing, normalization, and text chunking.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune ML models while managing labeling and tagging workflows.
• Implement embedding generation pipelines for semantic search and retrieval systems.
• Develop and optimize vector similarity search solutions using vector databases.
• Integrate ML models with Vector DBs and MongoDB.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and production-ready ML engineering solutions.
• Support CI/CD implementation and cloud deployment processes, preferably on Azure.
• Ensure code quality, system scalability, and deployment readiness.

Required Skills:

• Expert-level Python programming skills.
• Strong experience with Machine Learning and Generative AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines from data processing to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of document processing and extraction pipelines.
• Experience with embeddings, semantic search, and vector search implementations.
• Expertise with Vector Databases and MongoDB integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of scalable software engineering principles.
