Job Summary

The OCM Specialist will support upcoming enhancement projects by managing organizational change activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and enhancements. This role will focus on change control, communications, and process impact management resulting from this year’s enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Organizational Change Control (OCC) requests, ensuring proper documentation, review, approval, and tracking
• Develop and maintain change management plans aligned with project objectives and timelines
• Create and deliver communication templates and materials (e.g., announcements, FAQs, training notices, stakeholder updates)
• Assess and manage process changes resulting from enhancement projects, including impact analysis and mitigation planning
• Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align change activities with project delivery
• Support stakeholder engagement and readiness activities to drive adoption and minimize resistance
• Track change-related risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed
• Ensure change management best practices and governance standards are followed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Control, or related project support roles
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
• Experience developing communication strategies and templates for diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enhancement or transformation projects
