Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for TEA enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience across front-end customization, back-end development, and structured team-based development practices:
Key Competencies and Tasks
- Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse-based solutions.
- Build server-side components (plugins, integrations, APIs using C#/.NET)
- Implement client-side customizations (JavaScript, form scripting, PCF controls)
- Design and build data integrations (REST APIs, ETL, Dataflows)
- Manage solution lifecycle using Git-based source control and CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
- Collaborate in a multi-developer team environment with a shared codebase
- Produce and maintain technical and deployment documentation
Skills/Requirements
Hands-on development with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Required 7 Years
Building Model-Driven Apps Required 6 Years
Dataverse (tables, relationships, security model) Required 6 Years
C# plugin development or server-side extensions Required 6 Years
JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps Required 6 Years
Integration using REST APIs Required 6 Years
Git in a team-based environment, including Feature branching,Pull Requests,Merge/Conflict resolution Required 6 Years
Working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebase Required 6 Years
Developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls Preferred 2 Years
Experience with Power BI integration (reporting, embedding, data modeling) Preferred 2 Years
Experience with Power Pages development and configuration Preferred 2 Years
Experience with Power Platform Dataflows for ETL / data ingestion Preferred 2 Years
Experience working in government or public sector environments (TEA preferred) Preferred 2 Years
Microsoft Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) Preferred 2 Years
