Job Summary
Looking for a BizOps Engineer II to support production environments, ensure application and infrastructure availability, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve operational efficiency through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot Linux/Windows, network, and application issues.
- Perform incident and change management activities.
- Execute operational tasks using SOPs and runbooks.
- Support automation and scripting initiatives.
- Manage monitoring, logging, and access administration.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Required Technical Skills
- DevOps & Automation: Chef, Jenkins, Ansible, Groovy, Shell, PowerShell.
- Monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace.
- Version Control: Git, SVN.
- ITSM: ITIL, Incident Management, Change Management, SOPs.
- Infrastructure: Linux/Unix, Windows, Networking fundamentals.
- Database: SQL and relational database basics.
- IAM: Active Directory, RBAC, SAML, SSO, OAuth, 2FA.
