ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Medix is currently seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst who has 5+ years of experience in eProcurement, Contacts and Sourcing. Currently, the institution is undergoing a major, multi-phase digital transformation of its supply chain and procurement ecosystem - Jaggaer S2P. We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst III to act as the vital bridge between technical development teams and functional business stakeholders. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the configuration, requirement gathering, and successful rollout of critical Jaggaer modules across the university.
This is a full-time position with great employee benefits, and the opportunity to grow into a SME-capacity for the University.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Jaggaer System Configuration - performing hands-on configuration, setup, and administration of the Jaggaer S2P platform to meet the complex institutional workflows, specifically within Contracts (CLM) and Sourcing functions.


• Requirement Gathering & Translation - Leading discovery sessions with functional business units to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for the development team.


• Specific Module Optimization: Focusing heavily on the design, deployment, and optimization of the Jaggaer Contracts (CLM) and Sourcing modules.


• Dashboard & Reporting Design - Designing and developing user-friendly Jaggaer dashboards and custom reports to provide leadership with actionable insights.


• Documentation & Organization - Maintaining system documentation, process maps, user guides, and implementation logs to ensure organizational readiness.


• Communication: Effectively serving as a liaison and coordinator between vendor, business and development teams

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be willing to / able to work EST Hours


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


• Must have 3+ years of Jaggaer / SciQuest S2P Product experience


• Strong business acumen across Contracts/CLM and Sourcing


• Higher Education experience is preferred


• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for Visa sponsorship now, or in the future
