  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial laundry chemical dispensing systems, pumps, controllers, tubing, and related components.
  • Install replacement parts and complete repairs safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Use schematic drawings, service information, and technical resources to identify problems and determine the best repair solution.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment status, repair recommendations, completed work, and next steps.
  • Accurately document service activity, including labor, parts, materials, mileage, fuel purchases, and daily work completed.
  • Update schedules, service activity, and daily reports in the company service management system.
  • Maintain tools, parts, service equipment, and the company service van in clean, safe, organized, and working condition.
  • Stock the service van with necessary tools, parts, and equipment to support timely repairs and reduce return trips.
  • Load, unload, transport, and handle tools, equipment, motors, parts, and materials as needed.
  • Partner with the service manager, parts team, vendors, and teammates to keep repairs moving and customers supported.
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and help maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and contribute ideas that help improve service, efficiency, and the customer experience.
  • Perform required administrative tasks, reports, and correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

  • What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with REAL ID and a safe driving record.
  • Prior experience servicing and repairing commercial floor care equipment, commercial laundry equipment, chemical dispensing pumps, or related electro-mechanical systems is preferred.
  • Strong electro mechanical aptitude and hands on troubleshooting ability are required.
  • Background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment repair, machine repair, or electro mechanical maintenance is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read or work from schematic drawings and service information is a plus.
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools, Microsoft Outlook, and service management software.
  • Able to work independently, manage your day, stay organized, and adapt when priorities change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer first mindset.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and follow through.
  • Detail oriented, dependable, proactive, and self directed.
  • Able to work effectively with limited supervision and as part of a team.
  • Committed to quality, safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
  • Steel-toe or composite toe shoes are required.

  • Wear required personal protective equipment when needed.
  • Work overtime as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
