Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support specialist to provide exceptional help desk services and ensure smooth network operations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of troubleshooting, managing, and maintaining IT systems effectively. Located in Phoenix, Arizona, this is a long-term contract opportunity with potential for growth.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to users by resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Manage and configure Cisco routers and related technologies to maintain network stability.
Administer Palo Alto firewalls to enhance network security and performance.
Monitor and maintain Active Directory, ensuring seamless user access and authentication.
Assist with backup technologies to safeguard data and ensure recovery processes.
Configure and maintain computer hardware systems to support organizational requirements.
Collaborate on configuration management and ensure adherence to design standards.
Support network integration tasks related to company acquisitions.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to firewall technologies and EO/IR systems.
Document IT processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience with Cisco routers and related networking technologies.
Strong knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls and network security.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft systems.
Expertise in backup technologies and data recovery methods.
Solid understanding of computer hardware installation and maintenance.
Experience with configuration management and system design.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with EO/IR systems.
Strong technical and analytical skills to support IT operations.
