Summary

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Functional ERP Specialist to support the Naval Information Forces as they modernize their fiscal execution business processes.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Performing help desk type functions, including showing hands-on user assistance.
  • Assisting with the analysis and correction of data as required.
  • Assisting with data conversion efforts into Navy ERP.
  • Performing testing conversion and data migration.
  • Assisting with the transition of SABRS to the new ERP system, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI).
  • Assessing with the programmatic and functional support required to transition SABRS data, including data entry, accounting support, ensuring that converted data meets requirements for data integrity of DAI’s core financials and time and labor.
  • Assisting with the development of SOPs in cooperation with other DAI and SABRS support teams where a DAI solution gap is being resolved through business process reengineering (BPR).
  • Assisting with the development and delivery of In-Person and Virtual NAVIFOR specific core DAI Suite Training materials (content development) and curriculum for NAVIFOR roll-out prior to training sessions, ensuring NAVIFOR can accurately record and report business events impacting NAVIFOR financial statements; the current DAI User Productivity Kit (UPK) can be accessed.
  • Identify and engage training facilities that support access of all users and defined training needs.
  • Providing direction and support on DAI configuration management and setup.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Current, active Secret security clearance.
  • 3 to 5 years of direct experience in enterprise resource planning for DoD or another federal entity.
  • Direct experience with data analysis and data validation.
  • Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific knowledge of front-end user ERP design mechanics and functionality for the US Navy.
  • Experience in migration to ERP systems.
  • Direct efforts supporting data conversion into Navy ERP or other similar DAI initiatives.
  • Direct experience in providing hands-on training or in-person training on ERP use and operation to government personnel.
  • Direct experience in providing hands-on training or in-person training on technical system-based subjects or similar.
  • Direct experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition or Advana Jupiter.
