Job Summary:
Avanciers seeking a Process Engineer 3 with 5+ years of manufacturing experience to develop, optimize, and implement production processes. The role will focus on process improvement, production methods, equipment performance, cycle time, cost reduction, quality, and new process/equipment implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop production process sequences, methods, cycle times, equipment requirements, and material/component plans.
- Lead process improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Support process/equipment startup, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and production implementation.
- Evaluate new manufacturing technologies and lead testing/approval activities.
- Ensure processes meet project targets for cost, quality, timing, and equipment investment.
- Work with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams and provide technical training/support.
Required/Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years of manufacturing/process engineering experience
- Lean Six Sigma & 5S
- AutoCAD & SolidWorks
- SAP or similar ERP
- Microsoft Office
- Strong experience with production processes, equipment, cycle-time optimization, process improvement, and manufacturing operations.
