Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Professional with Fabric, 15 years of experience in end-to-end BI solution delivery, strong customer engagement skills, and hands-on expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure data services. The candidate must have handled at least 5 Power BI and 1 Fabric projects and led the design and migration of semantic data models and reports.

Overall, 15 years of experience and 8+ years of experience in Power BI and working on at least 7+ Projects
7+ years of experience working on designing reporting solutions
1 year of experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Power BI) on at least 1 customer Project
5 years of experience working on designing report solutions and experience with Qlik Sense
8+ years of experience working with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver BI solutions
2+ years of experience working with ETL/ELT solutions using Databricks or ADF/Synapse or any other industry standard ETL/ELT tools
Secondary Skills – Qlik Sense, SAP BO, Azure DE, Databricks PL 300 Certified
Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code
Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
