Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Professional with Fabric, 15 years of experience in end-to-end BI solution delivery, strong customer engagement skills, and hands-on expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure data services. The candidate must have handled at least 5 Power BI and 1 Fabric projects and led the design and migration of semantic data models and reports.

- Overall, 15 years of experience and 8+ years of experience in Power BI and working on at least 7+ Projects
- 7+ years of experience working on designing reporting solutions
- 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Power BI) on at least 1 customer Project
- 5 years of experience working on designing report solutions and experience with Qlik Sense
- 8+ years of experience working with Business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver BI solutions
- 2+ years of experience working with ETL/ELT solutions using Databricks or ADF/Synapse or any other industry standard ETL/ELT tools
- Secondary Skills – Qlik Sense, SAP BO, Azure DE, Databricks PL 300 Certified
- Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code
- Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
