Senior Master Data Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Migration

• Analyze large capital project data sets, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Review and validate historical and forecasted data (2024–2026)
• Map data hierarchies, field attributes, and master data into defined frameworks
• Work extensively with Excel and SharePoint to manage, analyze, and upload data
• Support mock data design, validation, and testing activities
• Contribute to data readiness efforts across key project phases

• Reports to Hiring Leader, Rena Talbott
• Partners closely with SAP Change and Project Readiness teams
• Collaborates with Nathan Konkler and a Data Analyst peer
• Internal-facing role with no customer interaction
• Individual contributor role (no direct reports)

• 5–7 years of experience in data governance, systems analysis, or master data management
• Proven experience working with large, complex data sets
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, multi-dimensional analysis)
• Strong understanding of WBS and master data structures
• Experience with SAP ECC preferred; other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) acceptable

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP implementations
• Familiarity with SAP Master Data Online (MDO) tool
• Background in utilities or large, matrixed organizations
• Ability to interpret and create process maps
