Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities are to securely implement technical design requirements and unit test development of, assisting in the technical design of and ongoing production support of Sitecore integrated applications. The responsibilities are outlined as follows:
Complete technical project tasks under strict project deadlines, including designing classes, complex logic and datastructures, implement designs using generally accepted coding practices, and coordinate the enhancement andusage of remote web service endpoints.
Implement, test, and deploy changes from development to staging to live instance. Implementation of automated unit testing.
Adhere to process for change set, code review and work management.
Utilize Microsoft DevOps tooling with Agile development concepts (e.g., Scrum Process), working from User Story requirements and establishing and maintaining repeatable, clean unit test cases.
Implementation of secure coding practices, review and remediation of dynamic and static code analysis. Engage with product owners to prototype, refine, test and debug programs.
Collaborate with other developers and operations staff to ensure successful product integrations and improve stability, security and reliability of the Sitecore integrated applications.
Assist Team in establishing, maintaining, and enhancing coding and design standards with the use of rigorous peer code review process.
Maintaining familiarity with current and emerging software development technologies, applications and methodologies to assist in the continued improvement of Sitecore integrated applications.
Benchmark deployments, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
Works to resolve production defects and reduce outstanding technical debt.
Experience and Skills
3+ years of Experience in Sitecore JSS
Must need hands on experience in JSS implementation with React/Angular/NextJS or with any other front End
Technologies.
Successfully developed and released one or more Sitecore based applications.
Experience with .Net Framework, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Web API/REST Services.
Experience with HTML5, CSS, JSON, XML, AJAX, JavaScript and JavaScript.
Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) experience.
Experience with .Net Framework, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Web API/REST Services. Experience building websites with Sitecore SXA. Must have experience in creating custom SXA components and working with the UI
Marketing team to guide and implement themes.
Experience with integrating services.
Experience in providing troubleshooting for existing and new applications.
