Summary
Seeking a senior SAP BTP Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Security, SAP BTP Security, GRC Access Controls, cloud identity management, authorization design, compliance, and application security across SAP cloud and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience securing SAP BTP landscapes, integrating security services, and supporting enterprise-scale SAP transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP BTP security architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), Identity Provisioning Service (IPS), Authorization & Trust Management, Cloud Connector, and Audit Log services.
- Configure and support SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Perform user provisioning, role design, authorization management, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, and compliance reviews.
- Secure integrations between SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to secure applications, extensions, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support security audits, risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and incident resolution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams on security requirements.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP Security experience.
- 3+ years of SAP BTP Security experience.
- Strong expertise in:

- Cloud Foundry

- OAuth 2.0
- SAML
- OpenID Connect
- Experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA Security
- SAP Fiori Security

- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services, audit, risk, and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP BTP Security Certification.
- Experience with cloud migrations, SAP transformations, carve-outs, or spin-off programs.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or other regulated industries.
