Application Developer 1 shall have the following skills and capabilities:
Minimum 6+ years' experience in developing substantial applications using Drupal (LAMP Stack).
Experience in migrating from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8+.
Experience in designing Drupal Theme for application with USWDS
Experience with migrating legacy data application into Drupal.
Experience in integrating MFA with Drupal Sites.
Experience in version control systems (git/svn)
Expert knowledge of modern web-development React, Node JS, REST APIs, MySQL standards with practical experience.
bility to work with systems analyst and project coordinator stakeholders on evaluation of application migration paths.
Experience in containerization (Docker); Azure App Services preferred.
Experience managing GitHub CI/CD pipelines
Experience in creating Section 508 compliant web-applications using Axe Deque or similar tools with WCAG 2.2 and adhering to USWDS standards.
Expert in Drupal security advisories and patch management.
Knowledgeable about federal security standards (NIST, FedRAMP)
Experienced with security scanning tools and mitigating security findings
