Lead Instructional Designer - Planview

We are supporting a client software transformation initiative impacting 800+ employees across IT and Business PMOs, making learning and change adoption a critical success factor. Our client is looking for a lead Instructional Designer with hands-on Planview experience to help design, refine, and deliver high-impact training and communication materials that support this transformation. This is a highly visible role where your work will directly influence how teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working. This is a fully remote long-term contract opportunity with our well known F100 client.

Essential Skills:


- Background in learning and instructional design

- Hands-on experience developing learning content for Planview users

- Experience using Clipchamp (including AI-assisted features) or other AI-based video editor software for video creation or editing
