We are supporting a client software transformation initiative impacting 800+ employees across IT and Business PMOs, making learning and change adoption a critical success factor. Our client is looking for a lead Instructional Designer with hands-on Planview experience to help design, refine, and deliver high-impact training and communication materials that support this transformation. This is a highly visible role where your work will directly influence how teams adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working. This is a fully remote long-term contract opportunity with our well known F100 client.

Essential Skills:
- Planview
- Experience delivering training for enterprise applications, portfolio management tools, project management platforms, or technology transformation programs.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, role appropriate learning materials.
- Familiarity with Planview platforms (Planview Portfolios, AdaptiveWork, or similar) preferred but not required.
- Experience working with cross functional teams including PMOs, IT, and operational leadership.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving program environments
