Job Summary:

We are looking for a Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support professional to handle production incidents, ensure system stability, and support business-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for Guidewire PolicyCenter applications

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, defects, and service requests

Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, including Gosu, PCF, and Data Model

Perform log analysis, data fixes, and SQL queries for issue resolution

Monitor application performance, batch jobs, and system health

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams for timely resolution

Support deployments, releases, and post-production validation

Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Understanding of P&C Insurance domain

Knowledge of integrations (SOAP/REST) and basic DevOps practices is a plus

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
