Summary

job summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Analyst to support and execute compliance activities across our regulatory and technology control environments. Located onsite in our Chicago corporate office (Willis Tower), this role is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to key regulatory, operational, and security requirements through control testing, documentation, access governance, and independent management of compliance initiatives.

responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive SOX ITand ITAC testing, including access management, change management, system operations, automated controls, and key application controls.


Support and coordinate AOSSP and SWIFT-related compliance activities, assessments, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.


Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, testing procedures, and validation activities to evaluate control design and operating effectiveness.


Coordinate user access review campaigns and certification activities across multiple systems, tracking remediation efforts and audit issues through completion.




qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


5+ years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, Risk Management, or a related technology field.


Strong hands-on experience with SOX compliance, ITITAC testing, access governance, and certification campaigns.


Proven ability to develop test plans, track metrics, manage remediation efforts, and compile audit-ready artifacts independently.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Experience automating control testing and/or implementing Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) and leveraging AI to improve testing efficiency.


Familiarity with governance/compliance tools such as AuditBoard, ServiceNow, Archer, or SailPoint within cybersecurity or financial systems environments.


Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CPA.
