Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach and Solution Train Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and will be responsible for guiding teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices. This role requires a strategic thinker who can facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Agile transformation initiatives across the organization, promoting Agile principles and practices.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined product backlog and prioritize work effectively.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to experiment with new practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency.
  • Facilitate cross team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
  • Provide training and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and skills across the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles.
  • Experience in software development or engineering roles.
  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP ACC), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Agile transformations in a software development environment.
