Job Description:

The client is currently undergoing a rebrand and relaunching its platform. As we scale into this next phase, we''re building out a small, high-impact team — starting with a finance professional who can own our investment and fundraising financial strategy from the ground up.

The Role:

We''re looking for a hands-on Finance Professional to lead cash flow modelling for investment planning and play an active, hands-on role in our equity raise process. This is not a back-office finance role — you''ll be directly involved in shaping the financial narrative we bring to investors and ensuring our numbers are airtight as we raise capital and scale.

What You''ll Do:

• Build and maintain detailed cash flow models to support investment planning and decision-making
• Get hands-on with equity raise activities — supporting cap table management, investor materials, financial projections, and due diligence prep
• Partner closely with leadership to translate business strategy into clear, defensible financial models
• Support ongoing financial planning as the company scales post-rebrand and relaunch
• Prepare investor-ready financial documentation and respond to diligence requests

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience building cash flow and investment models, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience supporting an equity raise (Seed, Series A, or similar) — not just observing one
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership in a lean, fast-moving team
• Strong Excel/financial modelling skills; ability to build models from scratch, not just maintain templates

Excellent communication skills — able to work directly with founders/leadership on sensitive financial matters
