Job Description:

We are seeking a MST Lab Engineer to support laboratory operations, equipment management, and engineering activities in a GMP / regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lab operations, SOP documentation, and experimental support.

Key Responsibilities:

Laboratory Operations & Support:

• Act as primary point of contact for laboratory logistics and equipment ownership

• Coordinate with Process Engineering, Facilities, Metrology, and Maintenance teams

• Troubleshoot and support maintenance of lab equipment

• Manage laboratory inventory and operations

• Implement 5S and lab safety improvements

• Support IT integration of lab equipment

• Author and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Support Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems and template creation

Engineering / MST Support:

• Assist in execution of lab experiments

• Develop technical documentation and reports

• Perform data verification and validation

• Support GMP material qualification documentation

Required Skills:

• Experience in Laboratory / GMP / Regulated environment

• Strong knowledge of lab equipment handling and troubleshooting

• Experience with SOP documentation and compliance

• Exposure to ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook) systems

• Strong data verification and documentation skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience in pharma / biotech / semiconductor labs

• Knowledge of GMP compliance standards

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $50 - $60 per hour on W2 (Depends on experience).
