Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer communications, preparing pricing and documentation, and coordinating orders across departments. This role ensures estimates, sales orders, and shipments are processed accurately and on time while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with senior sales representatives to support active accounts Prepare and process Estimates, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders Provide accurate product pricing, availability, and order status updates Communicate proactively with customers regarding timelines and any order changes Coordinate with warehouse, fabrication, transportation, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment Track project deadlines and assist in managing costs Update sales team on shipment schedules, material delays, and order progress Schedule shipments and provide customers with tracking updates Maintain organized documentation and perform general administrative duties Support additional departments as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Office or sales support experience preferred High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Industry experience in Pallet Racking & Material Handling Systems preferred Core Competencies Customer-focused mindset Strong time management and prioritization skills Positive team-oriented attitude Accountability and follow-through Commitment to maintaining quality and organizational standards
