Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for a contract position with a Global Industrial Equipment Manufacturer located in Lisle, IL. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $72.50 - $82.50 per Hour This is a high-impact role providing technical leadership for a business-critical workflow application built on the Palantir Foundry platform. The ideal candidate will bring a forward-thinking architectural vision to guide the system's scalability and maturity as it supports a rapidly growing user base. This position involves partnering with product owners to translate business needs into long-term technical solutions while improving CI/CD strategy and establishing engineering best practices for a team of approximately 20 engineers.
Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the overall system architecture for a custom front-end application powered by Palantir Foundry
- Design scalable, modular, and maintainable architecture to support rapid business growth
- Partner closely with Product Owners to translate business needs into long-term technical solutions
- Architect solutions leveraging Palantir Foundry, the .NET ecosystem, Azure cloud infrastructure, and Python services
- Drive CI/CD strategy improvements to improve automation, release efficiency, and deployment reliability
- Establish engineering standards, documentation, and architectural best practices
- Ensure system resiliency and performance for a business-critical environment
- Provide guidance around potential AI/LLM integration
Requirements: - 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in an architectural role
- Strong experience with Palantir Foundry, specifically Marketplace deployment models
- Deep experience with .NET development, Azure cloud architecture, and Python (backend/data services)
- Strong CI/CD pipeline design and infrastructure experience
- Experience modernizing and scaling complex, rapidly grown systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering leadership and product teams
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on technical credibility
Desired skills: - Experience in workflow-based or operations-heavy applications
- Exposure to AI/LLMs or data modeling solutions
- Experience scaling enterprise systems rapidly
- Experience transitioning organizations from manual workflows to automated systems
