Summary

Job Title: SAP Project Manager (Implementation Support)
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Role Summary
Seeking an SAP Project Manager with 5–8 years of experience supporting SAP implementation programs. The ideal candidate will manage project coordination, schedules, risks, stakeholder communication, and PMO activities across SAP workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SAP implementation projects from planning through go-live
  • Manage timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive follow-ups
  • Support UAT, cutover, and deployment activities
  • Maintain project artifacts (RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes)
  • Provide PMO reporting and executive-level updates

Required Skills

  • 5–8 years of SAP project management/coordinator experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar PM tools
  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX

Preferred

  • SAP GTS exposure
  • SAP Activate methodology experience
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification
