Work You'll Do As a Senior Consultant on our Human Capital team, you will:
- Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules, participating in all project phases including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Partner with institutional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to Workday functionality
- Configure Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules to meet defined requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts, supporting unit, integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets institutional needs
- Assist end-users during the hypercare period, providing rapid resolution for system issues, data discrepancies, and functional questions within Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, actively contributing to issue resolution, project status updates, and continuous improvement throughout the deployment lifecycle

Qualifications Required
: - 5+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience with the functional support of Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions modules
- Willingness to obtain and maintain the required Workday Student certification(s)
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Actively Workday Student Recruiting and Admissions Certified
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Los Angeles, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Los Angeles and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $155,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
