Serve as the day-to-day product lead for the tiger team pilot engagement and future forward deployed pods.
Lead product intake, opportunity assessment, and prioritization across one or more forward deployment engagements.
Partner directly with SIs and business stakeholders to identify business problems, define success criteria, and shape solution approaches.
Translate business and delivery needs into detailed platform, architecture, and data product requirements.
Drive problem discovery and solution discovery activities, ensuring initiatives are tied to measurable outcomes and adoption goals.
Own and maintain the engagement backlog/milestones (not stories), roadmap, priorities, and sequencing of work.
Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams.
Identify platform gaps, reusable patterns, and improvement opportunities emerging from field implementations, feeding learnings back into the Integrated Data Platform roadmap.
Establish and govern intake, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management processes for the forward deployment model.

qualifications:
Ideal profile: Experienced technical product manager with deep expertise in data platforms, data products, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional delivery. Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and working directly with engineering and consulting partners.
