Summary

Job Title: Desktop Support / EUC Support Engineer
Location: Houston, TX
 
 
Required Skills:

Strong experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

Basic network troubleshooting knowledge

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing tool

Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center IT environment

Knowledge of IT asset management, inventory tracking, and device deployment

Ability to install, maintain, and support end-user computing devices

Experience supporting large printer and workstation environments

Strong customer support, escalation handling, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary IT point of contact for the site location

Train new team members on internal tools, systems, and operational procedures

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices

Perform daily health checks of warehouse printers and workstations

Manage IT stockroom operations, asset lifecycle, and inventory tracking

Deploy and configure end-user computing devices within defined SLAs

Respond to technical issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution

Work closely with the operations team to improve technical processes and efficiency

Provide guidance to prevent recurring technical issues and optimize system usage
