Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong prior Apple experience to support business, product, data, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong experience gathering and translating business requirements, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs and problem statements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to drive project delivery.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends, issues, and actionable insights.
• Support dashboards, KPI reporting, analytics, and executive-level reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data flows, integrations, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT, testing, and defect resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations.
• Work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and independently drive tasks to completion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business and customer requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology, data, analytics, or product environments.
• Previous Apple experience is mandatory.
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting/visualization tools.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of data models, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data quality.
• Experience working with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
