Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Operational Resilience and Disaster Recovery DR Architect to provide senior leadership and subject matter expertise for a largescale resilience transformation program The role will focus on defining recovery strategies assessing resilience capabilities validating application recovery requirements and ensuring alignment with operational resilience objectives The successful candidate will work with business application infrastructure and architecture teams to design and implement robust disaster recovery and resilience solutions
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the resiliency workstream and define enterprise Disaster Recovery DR and recovery strategies

  • Review resiliency requirements for critical business services and applications

  • Validate application recovery strategies and ensure alignment with business continuity objectives

  • Assess current recovery capabilities and identify gaps against Recovery Time Objectives RTO and Recovery Point Objectives RPO

  • Develop recommendations and remediation plans to address resilience gaps

  • Design and oversee the Disaster Recovery testing framework including test scenarios success criteria validation procedures and stakeholder participation

  • Review application infrastructure data and service dependencies to define effective recovery sequencing

  • Provide expert guidance on operational resilience DR standards governance models and regulatory expectations

  • Ensure recovery solutions are practical scalable and aligned with enterprise resilience objectives

  • Support architecture reviews design governance and executive stakeholder discussions

  • Lead resilience assessments and provide recommendations for enhancing recovery maturity

  • Mentor junior consultants and resilience analysts supporting the program
