IBM FileNet Developer

Job Title: IBM FileNet Developer 
Location: Remote 
Duration: 6 + Months 
Job Summary 
We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Developer with strong hands-on expertise in FileNet P8 platform development, workflow design, and enterprise content management (ECM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting FileNet-based solutions integrated with enterprise systems.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 development

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain FileNet P8 applications using best practices

• Develop and customize FileNet workflows using Process Designer

• Build Java-based custom integrations using FileNet APIs (CPE, PE)

• Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) using plugins, widgets, and Dojo

• Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and workflow-driven database logic

• Perform FileNet administration including object stores, security, and access controls

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD deployment activities

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams

• FileNet P8 (Content Platform Engine   CPE, Process Engine   PE APIs)

• FileNet Process Designer & Workflow Development

• IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization (plugins, widgets, Dojo)

• Java 8+, WebSphere Application Server

• SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedures)

• Build tools: Maven / Gradle

• Version control & DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
