Summary

Job Title: Technical Analyst

(Job ID 3005)

Job Duties: Coordinate all release related activities with Developers, Business Analysts, SQA, Database Administrators, Operations, Client Services, and other; Perform configuration management for all different applications running on all environments and manage their production release process that ensures reliability and availability of the platforms; Implement and support build automation processes that compile, package and deploy applications for DEV, ST, VT and PROD Stage and production environments; Support daily builds and deployments for multiple projects; Perform troubleshooting of system stalls, failed batch jobs, system errors, as needed to resume normal operation in accordance with specific guidelines and procedures; Support systems operations functions, such as batch job scheduling, monitoring; Create Roles, Profiles, Email Services, Tasks, Email Templates, Workflow Rules, Workflow Alerts, Actions and Workflows Approvals; Configure and maintained User profiles, role hierarchy and Password policies; Implement Security and Sharing Rules at Object, Field and Record level for different Users; Write SQL Queries for Data extraction and Data Analysis; Implement batch job scheduler using Opcon; Address software configuration management issues in coordination with development team; Implement code builds and automated deployment procedures; Resolve build and release dependencies in collaboration with other departments; Outline build and deployment procedures in consultation with developers; Examine and execute application-specific deploy processes; Resolve system issues and inconsistencies in coordination with quality assurance and engineering teams; Maintain and update source code repositories on a regular basis; Assist code integration and coordination between teams and partners.

Education: Requires a Masters Degree in Computer and Information Science or Computer Information Systems.

Location: McKinney, Texas. 40 Hours/week. M-F. Job will require domestic travel to client sites with expenses paid by employer.
