Summary

Job description:

Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) 5 10 years experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or hybrid BA/PM.
2) Proven success leading complex, multi-team projects from discovery through delivery.
3) Experience with digital media operations, content distribution, publishing workflows, or licensing processes strongly preferred.
4) Exceptional ability to break down complex workflows and identify automation opportunities.
5) Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional facilitation
Soft Skills:
1) Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2) A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Education / Certifications
1) Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field; advanced degree a plus.
