Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Delivery Expert with strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain processes and delivery experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving SAP Supply Chain initiatives, supporting business process improvements, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

The candidate should have hands-on experience across SAP Supply Chain processes, strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, and the ability to lead requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver SAP Supply Chain initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and production support.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

- Provide functional expertise across SAP Supply Chain processes, including planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment.

- Lead requirements workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, solution design, and functional specifications.

- Collaborate with SAP technical teams, integration teams, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.

- Support configuration, testing, defect resolution, data validation, cutover, and deployment activities.

- Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.

- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production readiness activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage SAP capabilities and best practices.

- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring delivery timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience working with SAP Supply Chain solutions.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Supply Chain processes and end-to-end delivery.

- Proven experience delivering SAP projects in complex enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, including:

  - Supply planning and demand planning

  - Procurement and purchasing

  - Inventory management

  - Warehouse and logistics processes

  - Order fulfillment

  - Material management

- Experience with SAP integration across supply chain and other enterprise functions.

- Strong experience with requirements gathering, functional design, testing, implementation, and production support.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global delivery teams.

- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain.

- Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, IBP or related Supply Chain solutions.

- Experience with SAP Fiori and modern SAP user experiences.

- Exposure to SAP integrations, APIs, IDocs, and middleware technologies.

- Experience with global supply chain transformations or large-scale SAP implementations.

- SAP certification in Supply Chain or related modules is a plus.
