Job Title: Loan IQ Business Systems Analyst
Contract Length: 18+ Month contract
Hybrid work (3 days on site/ 2 days remote
Location: Approved locations: Charlotte, NC/ Roanoke, VA/ Minneapolis, MN/ Chicago, IL

Ref# 245187

Will support Wholesale Lending Operations during the transition from AFS to Loan IQ and ongoing system release cycles. This role will focus on evaluating Loan IQ enhancements, upgrades, and system changes from an operational impact perspective.

The ideal candidate possesses deep functional knowledge of Loan IQ, understands bilateral lending structures, and can bridge the gap between systems changes and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze upcoming Loan IQ releases, upgrades, and enhancements to assess operational impact.
  • Evaluate how system changes affect loan booking, servicing, and downstream operational workflows.
  • Recommend process adjustments and control improvements based on release analysis.
  • Support the AFS to Loan IQ conversion effort, including issue identification and remediation support.
  • Troubleshoot operational and system-related issues in collaboration with technology and operations teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure readiness for production releases.
  • Serve as a liaison to leadership by providing clear impact assessments and solution recommendations.

Required Qualifications


  • Extensive hands-on experience with Loan IQ (must understand system architecture and functional workflows).
  • Strong operational experience supporting wholesale or commercial lending within Loan IQ.
  • Deep understanding of bilateral loans (single lender to borrower structures).
  • Experience evaluating system upgrades from an operational risk and impact perspective.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related operational issues.

Mortgage experience alone will not qualify.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS).
  • Experience supporting system conversions or large-scale platform migrations.
  • Background in wholesale, commercial, or corporate lending environments.
