Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business transformation programs
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities using data-driven analysis
- Build roadmaps, execution plans, and business cases
- Analyze US healthcare claims data (REQUIRED) to generate insights
- Write complex SQL / Oracle queries for data extraction and analysis
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and transformation
- Build dashboards and reporting using Power BI / Tableau
- Lead cross-functional projects across business and technical teams
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights
- Collaborate across regions, business lines, and functional teams
- Work with claims lifecycle, payer systems, and EDI transactions
- Support initiatives related to regulatory changes and compliance
- Translate technical data into business decisions
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor s Degree (MANDATORY)
- 7+ years of experience in:
- Healthcare consulting / business analysis / analytics
- Strong experience with:
- SQL / Oracle (4+ years)
- Python (2+ years)
- Power BI / Tableau (1+ year)
- Hands-on experience with:
- US Healthcare Claims Data (REQUIRED)
- Experience with EDI / X12 transactions (837, 834, 835)
- Prior experience with health plans / payer systems
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong exposure to:
- Data Warehousing / ETL
- Healthcare analytics / reporting
