Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounting & Payroll Bookkeeping Specialist to join BroadAxis in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing accounting records, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks within a CPA firm environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements
• Process payroll accurately and timely for clients
• Perform bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance as needed
• Collaborate with CPA firm teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a CPA firm with accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping responsibilities
• Proficient in accounting software and payroll systems
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations
• Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility
• Must be an(Employment Authorization Document) holder eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with QuickBooks, Paychex, or similar accounting/payroll software
• Knowledge of Texas state payroll and tax regulations
