Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES: Provide technical leadership in creating, maintaining, and designing data pipelines using PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and PySpark; develop and automate ETL processes using Python, Glue, and Airflow; develop data visualizations using Kibana and Tableau; process data on cloud platforms including AWS and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform); perform data analysis to discover opportunities and address gaps; automate any manual processes; create scalable big data solutions; build reports to provide actionable insights from data; perform analysis for query optimization; work with data scientists and wireless engineers on WiFi CX optimization using AI/ML techniques; work with stakeholders and executives to create the requirements for data related needs; build business insights that could help create future deployment strategy; solve critical issues and shares knowledge such as trends, aggregate, quantity volume regarding specific data sources; and guide and mentor junior-level engineers. Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week, per company policy.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience creating, maintaining, and redesigning data pipelines using PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and PySpark; developing and automating ETL processes using Python, Glue, and Airflow; developing data visualizations using Kibana and Tableau; of which three (3) years include processing data on cloud platforms including AWS and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
