Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively between offices, patients, staff, and radiologists regarding upcoming procedures.
- Schedule procedures that require authorization and Good Faith Estimates (GFE).
- Utilize Cerner EMR for managing patient information.
- Handle Mammography letters and notices to patients.
- Maintain a patient-focused environment while being on your feet for the majority of your shift.
- Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs as needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Prior healthcare, hospital, or medical office experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients.
- Radiology experience is preferred.
