Job Description:

·         We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the successful delivery of enterprise and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in requirements management, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, Agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.

·         What You'll Do

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

·         Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to identify business needs and solution opportunities.

·         Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps.

·         Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.

·         Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·         Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution assessments.

·         Support backlog management, requirement prioritization, and Agile delivery activities.

·         Define business KPIs, metrics, and success criteria to measure solution effectiveness.

·         Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.

·         Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success.

·         Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in business analysis.

Mandatory Skills

·         8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Process Improvement.

·         Strong experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.

·         Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process workflows.

·         Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

·         Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

·         Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

·         Preferred Skills

·         Experience with Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Data Analytics, or Cloud-based projects.

·         Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow management tools.

·         Exposure to BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

·         Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
