Description
We are seeking a senior Oracle Fusion HCM professional to lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem. This individual will serve as the primary technology partner to HR, helping drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements across the Oracle HCM platform.
The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Fusion HCM technical expertise with strong business partnership skills. They are comfortable engaging directly with HR leadership, understanding business challenges, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and measuring the impact of technology investments. This individual will also provide leadership and mentorship to a growing HR technology team.
Candidates should be able to clearly articulate:
- Who their HR stakeholders were (HRBP, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
- What business problem they were solving.
- Why the solution was needed.
- What Oracle HCM functionality was implemented.
- The measurable outcome or business impact achieved.
- Their level of ownership and partnership with HR leadership throughout the initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner closely with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
- Design, build, and support complex integrations, APIs, and interfaces between Oracle HCM and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership for HR technology initiatives, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Mentor and support junior team members and help establish development best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver innovative technology solutions that support organizational growth.

- 7+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience with a strong focus on development and technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM modules and working directly with HR organizations.
- Strong experience with integrations, APIs, web services, and system connectivity.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across technical and business teams.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience leading initiatives without direct people management responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, HDL, REST APIs, and related Oracle development tools.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
- Background supporting enterprise-level HR technology environments.
