Overview

The client is seeking an SAP Cutover Manager to support enterprise release readiness for a major Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The consultant will work alongside the system implementation partner while directly representing business readiness, release governance, and internal stakeholder coordination.

This role will coordinate cross-functional business, technical, and data teams to ensure successful production deployment and transition across application, data, and user enablement streams.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage detailed cutover plans across business and IT teams
Coordinate data readiness, user readiness, and system readiness activities
Drive release command center coordination during go-live windows
Support integration and application deployment sequencing
Manage risk, rollback planning, and contingency planning
Support hypercare transition and post-go-live stabilization

Qualifications

8+ years SAP program or release management experience
Multiple SAP go-live or major release cutover leadership experience
Strong cross-functional coordination across business + IT
Experience in large utilities or regulated enterprise environments strongly preferred
